Catch of the day and bathroom sink faucet
One fish today 20191005 Replaced a dripping bathroom sink faucet which is beyond repair. I am pleased with the new one. It looks really nice and has a very reasonable price. PARLOS 2-Handle Bathroom Sink

Papaya
As the weather turns cooler, papaya has started to ripen after a long summer break, during which time it just kept growing. Time to enjoy!

More on sourdough bread
This time I used 1 3/8 cup of water instead of 1 3/4 cup. The dough can be easily shaped by hands. The resulted bread is drier and has smaller air pockets.

Plantain harvest
I like this variety of plantain, which is less sweeter than regular banana.

Homemade Sourdough Bread
I experimented using less sourdough starter for a slower rise of 100% whole wheat flour ground from dark northern spring wheat. I like the result. It is chewier and has more flavor than a fast rising one.
