Mango with Alamang
(Shrimp Paste)

We Filipinos eat mangoes with alamang (proud pinay here).
The crunchy unripe mangoes and the shrimp paste are the perfect tandem ever since it has been well known. It is the combination needed to be experienced to be better appreciated.
