I would like to relocate somewhere my asthma would disappear! I've thought about the Pacific NW as well. At one point folks thought weed dilated your lungs. I found the opposite to be true for the most part. Maybe it was the strain.... edibles should help. At least with my anxiety. :)
My fiance and I laughed our asses off at those commercials, even though folks were unknowingly consuming these negative products. But back to climate Georgia is very humid. In the winter it is also humid AND cold. Not a good combo for asthmatics.
