This image resonates with me as an individual who often feels overlooked and underappreciated. (Childhood evolved into adult crap, won't get into it,TMI.)

She is from the authors of Black River Arts, Nature's Fantasy. For me she represents beauty, yet depression, and also the season of fall. I did choose her for a reason.

With COVID, a legal issue that will take over a year to process, and general uncertainty in my life, I chose to color her because she reminds me of me.

Her prompt and loving ways are taken for granted. She isn't being protected by her keeper (not about me, don't have a "keeper.") He has forgotten her delicate ways and let her fall to the wayside. Her wings are rotting, the utter sadness has had an effect on the falling autumn leaves, turning them an unnatural grey.

She needs life energy & joy breathed into her by a good samaritan. Hopefully, one comes along soon enough.

Sorry for a depressive one folks, but really, I'm not sorry depression is the unseen disease that is everywhere.
