Yes, it sure is. And if you mean, can you export your website code into HTML and Css?, then Yes u can. In fact, you can build a Prototype Website in Framer (not sure about Webflow), and Export the Code to be used in WordPress. I haven't played around with this feature, but I suppose one needs to understand Code. One last Cool feature, is that you can Add Custom code with React when building a Framer Site, It's got its Own Code Playground!.
