It’s 20 STEEM not 20 dollars so that’s around 3 and a half bucks and current value! I’d like to see it in action before I make my judgement since theirs so much else at play that will affect it! It harms self upvoting, downvotes will also add more money to the reward pool, we will see more manual curation and curation trails and well bid bots are also going to change! We won’t know for sure how the curve will settle in and be set each day
