I know very few women in crypto but its the same for finance and anything STEM related it does tend to attract majority men and a certain portion of females, nothing wrong with that. In marketing I would say its VASTLY dominated by females, I've done digital marketing as my job for almost 9 years and I'd say its kinda technical and ALL my bosses have been women
Most of the people I work with are women, but when it comes to crypto still very much a sausage fest.
This is me generalising but women tend to be more conservative and like to know what they getting themselves into of which crypto is not that, men tend to be the nutters that will try these things but now that its becoming normalised each year that should change but as for the early adopter's id say its a bit slanted to men
What I would say more so than gender is MOST of the people I've met so far in crypto are either libertarian or anarchistic in nature which I find fascinating
