Yes bitcoin will benefit those with fresh cash flows looking to secure it in the network, the poor don't but that's not a function of bitcoin that's a function of the fiat system. People with capital now move into bitcoin and if they make a mistake no ones coming to bail them out, there's economic and social moblity and economic consequences.
