The way I see it is the companies that insist on in-house staff will not get the best staff or retain the best staff it has become a mandate for people now wanting to work from home and use their time more wisely. If this trend continues it only shrinks those companies that refuse to cater to labours demands, they might think they still have a say now, but it's all moving ground beneath their feet
