I don't think many of us are alive, we're just going through the motions, either battling to stay above water, or battling our own demons and keeping up with consumerism. It's tough when there's so much poverty, we only focus on the poverty we can identify but we don't see the leveraged poverty of the middle class, stressed out on debt.
