These are found outside of a Houston restaurant that serves a very extensive Dim Sum menu. I wasn't aware that the menu was only in Chinese, so I ended up eating a lot of different things that I wouldn't have ordered had I known Chinese.
Sometimes it is better to just go into a situation blind, so as to leave preconceived notions at the door.
