Ever since the pandemic began, I've been exercising mainly at home. While Singaporeans can exercise outdoors too, you still have to take your mask with you.
Medical staff should wear all the PPE they can afford, since they will be operating in close proximity with people known or suspected to have the virus. They can't avoid the virus, so they have to mitigate its impact. But for regular people who don't have Covid, it seems we are much better off simply staying far away from others and getting lots of sunlight, fresh air, and exercise.
