Leisure & Snacks: Billiards Night with Tacos, Coffee Drinks, & Chicken Wings
It was just an ordinary evening, and my partner and I were talking about what to have for dinner. We were thinking of cooking at home, but then something came to mind: the newly opened cafe in town proper. I told my partner, and he agreed to go there. Since I mentioned the cafe has different arcade games, he said we should bring my nephew.
We took a quick shower and got dressed. We traveled by motorbike since it was only a few minutes from home. When we got there, only a few customers were around. I went to the counter to order and used the usual best-selling option.
We got their special nachos. For the drinks, my nephew wanted an apple fruit drink, my partner got a caramel macchiato, while I wanted to try their matcha coffee. We waited about 15 minutes, and they brought our orders to the table. While we were having them, we checked out the billiard table; there were still customers playing, but we were up next since I'd already paid for it.
The staff told us to wait on the side, and we did. After about 10 minutes, my partner and nephew got their taco sticks and started playing. They both knew how to play billiards, while I watched them from our table. I just continued eating the nachos and savoring every sip of my matcha coffee.
They got 1 hour to play, and after that, they were back at the table with me. They requested some rice meals. I ordered at the counter, and then asked for their best-selling chicken wings. I ordered two rice meals for them, since I only wanted the nachos. When we got the order, they started eating again.
My partner asked for another hour of billiards with my nephew so he could train him. I said yes, and paid at the counter right away. It was already around 10:00 in the evening, and only a few customers were left. None of them wanted to play billiards. They enjoyed playing for another hour, and then we decided to head home since it was getting late.
