With this product you can train your neck.
This has a movement of 360 degrees and a resistance that goes from 2.5 lb to 75lb with its elastic band of resistance
With this product you will improve your elasticity, posture, stability and coordination.
Not only will it help you improve certain aspects, you can also prevent neck injuries.
Another of its uses is for physical rehabilitation treatments.
