The day couldn't have gone better for Arsenal. Not only did they secure the 3 points, but they also further sunk City, who now need several results to go their way, in addition to winning their league clash in a few weeks.

Given how the game was going, I didn't think they would win against Everton, but they are showing that this year they are a team with a stronger and more winning mentality. They are getting closer and closer to breaking their losing streak and shedding that stigma of being perennial runners-up.
