I can't remember what management psych test it was but it basically breaks people down into 4 categories: Amiable, Analytical, Expressive and Drivers.
If you're amiable, you tend to go with the flow and are more likely to be equanimous while if you're on the expressive spectrum, you tend to be quite demanding and need to have things a certain way. It was one of the more informative tests i took and quite true.
At least in a corporate culture, the drivers and expressives tend to get ahead so equanimity doesn't seem so popular.
