Put those Splinterlands cards to work. I have to be honest, work has kept me occupied and then the coding side projects take up what little time I have left. So that means not having any time to play Splinterlands.
It also doesn't help that the game format now requires so much more playing time. I guess that's one way to reduce inflation. It also does seem harder to climb up to Gold as I have been stuck at Silver for the longest time.
Anyway, Splintermate is a pretty good solution to the problem of not having much playing time. You just buy the credits and you need to pass them your posting key and then they take care of the rest.
In the past month, I earned 82 cards and 1 pack. There was 1 or 2 gold foils amongst the cards. Versus just letting the cards sit idle, the dollar was worth it in my opinion.
Of course, the other option is to maximize your card rentals. The rentals market is still going strong although definitely off the highs. I think it is time to combine some cards and earn some rental income again.
