Voting No. There is no way to reliably and accurately check for bots. Any measures taken can be quickly and easily avoided, for example checking for tokens would be bypassed by having users pay a fee monthly

The beauty of how this is written is that if passed once peg is hit everything stops. So if DECB and land potions (if done at all) make a massive impact then this wont burn much DEC at all. The DAO has
