A small selection of photographs of plants from the Kazakh steppes. Most of the local plants are in difficult conditions, which makes them look a little strange. But there are also flowers and shrubs that are quite familiar to the eye. In general, there was not a lot of greenery on the route, and even then it was lucky that we went in early spring. In summer, everything here becomes yellow and dull, from the scorching sun.
