A small observation deck among a dense forest on the banks of the Volga somewhere in Tatarstan. It was found quite by accident, while searching for a waterfall marked on the maps. As a result, the waterfall was never found; apparently it is seasonal - the flow appears only in the spring. But we found this interesting place.
