The abandoned estate of Baroness Percy-French. Located in the Ulyanovsk region, in the village of Terenga. Built in the 18th century. After the arrival of Soviet power, the owners of the estate went abroad. At first the building was looted, later the local executive committee was located here. A little later, in the mid-1930s, a school for rural youth was opened in the building. But she wasn't here for long. A school for primary school students was opened in the building. The school operated until the end of the 80s. Later, the building was again looted and abandoned. Is an architectural monument of regional significance
