My theory on the housing situation is prior to covid the housing market is very high and people had thoughts to eventually cash out. Once covid hit everyone panicked and not wants to sell and cash out at top dollar. Eventually they will run out of buyers and the market will correct itself. This may take two-three years That's why the price of houses is keep getting higher and higher.
