We may just need to update the phone verification system to accept new countries ( i know in the past even steemit had to block eastern european nations due to abuse, unfortunate to collectively punish a whole nation for the action of a few who may not even have lived there) but we will also look into if it is possible for @chaceeskam to manually approve your accounts if you are obviously a new user, we will get a solution for you! In the meantime you can make a post ABOUT chl and simply explain you are in a country without the phone verification immediately supported per hpoa, and that while they work on it you will still get a $0.809 upvote and some CHl for simply telling others to try.
