I'd say do your diligence on that. Base points to look at would be 2018 to 2020 bear season.
Currently we also have Corona, War and global inflation added to situation of 2018, but also a lot bigger crypto adoption rate
and also DeFi and NFTs
Some people trade averages, some sell all for stable coin and buy lower, there are many options really.
