He/she transferred the Hive he stole from you to the Gate.com exchange. It would be a good idea to report your complaint to Gate.com customer service as well. They might not return your Hive, but at least they'll freeze his account and funds. It seems he's been using this exchange account for months, but nobody is reporting him for the Hive he stole.
