What's Blurt and Why I Do I have It?

Since I'm only recently back to reading https://leofinance.io/ posts today I was checking things out and came across this XRP by @toofasteddie

I've been pretty fascinated with the current XRP buzz because honestly I don't get it. I've heard it was a shitcoin now for years.

But in the comments I noticed that @toofasteddie pointed out to @acesontop that he had Blurt in his wallet. So I checked the link and inserted my username, and low and behold, I had some blurt too.

So what is blurt, and why did I get it? Also, @acesontop brought up the good point that he wasn't entering his keys just to collect a little blurt. That got me thinking so I thought I would ask the @leo.finance community about it.
