A couple of weeks back I made a post about my confusion with token prices. Mainly that other than supply and demand, I don't really get what drives the price.
More specifically, I was keeping my eye on @steem.leo . I had just delegated to
@leo.voter and earning a great return in Leo but I was noticing that the price of Leo was slipping. It had gone all the down to nearly .1000 but I couldn't really figure out why. It's certainly the tribe with the most to offer users and the upside for the tribe is the best because of the niche and how it was run.
My confusion stemmed from who would actually be buying these things? Steemians, Investors or who? I never really got my answer but demand must be up because the price is inching back up. The buy orders and Sell order prices are diverging a bit but the buy price is following the sell on the way up.
I'm happy about but still wonder who it is that is buying and is this demand what is driving up the price.
