Hello Steemians,
I want to share this tune I composed after my visit to Aspen, CO. While I was hiking on the Aspen Mountain a melody kept rolling into my mind. After working on it for a bit upon my return home (home being where the anchor drops), I turned it into this tune here.
I feel like it reflects my mood in a way. Sparkle of sunshine comes in eventually, with the change from minor to major.
I used a mute (sordino) on the violin for this piece, as it felt good to acquire a more internal, introvert sound.
Video is as i descend from the mountain on the gondola. Recorded in my home studio.
