Hive account@zutodoterreno, en la cual voy a expresar como contar de Hive a mis amigos.

Greetings friends of Hive and Hive account@hiveargentina, this is my first post in this community, where I will participate in the initiative called My Vision of Hive, thanks to the invitation of Hive account@zutodoterreno, in which I will express how to tell my friends about Hive.

Una de las cosas que debemos tomar en cuenta a la hora de querer ingresar nuevos usuarios a Hive, es explicarles muy bien de que trata, en mis inicios pensada que sólo era una red social y resulta que a medida que me fui adentrando pude conocer las bondades de Hive como un ecosistema que ofrece muchas oportunidades a las personas que desean ingresar como por ejemplo creador de contenido, programador, diseñador, gamer, artista, en fin es un lugar para poder explorar y dar a conocer todos sus talentos.

One of the things that we must take into account when we want to enter new users to Hive, is to explain very well what it is, in my beginnings I thought it was only a social network and it turns out that as I went deeper I could know the benefits of Hive as an ecosystem that offers many opportunities to people who want to enter as for example content creator, programmer, designer, gamer, artist, in short it is a place to explore and make known all their talents.

Cabe destacar que estos nuevos usuarios debemos de orientarlos en el manejo de Hive, primero que nada en realizar una presentación dentro de la comunidad, para que se vayan dando a conocer y comenzar a hacer comunidad mediante comentario a otro Hiver para darse a conocer dentro del Blockchain, participando en iniciativas, concursos y otros actividades en la plataforma.

It should be noted that these new users should be oriented in the management of Hive, first of all in making a presentation within the community, so that they become known and begin to make community by commenting on another Hiver to make themselves known within the Blockchain, participating in initiatives, contests and other activities on the platform.

Por otro lado cada persona que está iniciando se le debe explicar cómo acceder a las comunidades, sus normas para integrar y postear en esta. Asímismo darle a conocer que el contenido que vamos a crear debe ser original y si vamos a utilizar alguna información escrita o imágenes, tenemos que colocar las fuentes de dónde se obtuvo la información.

On the other hand, each person who is starting should be explained how to access the communities, its rules to integrate and post in it. Also let them know that the content that we are going to create must be original and if we are going to use any written information or images, we have to put the sources from where the information was obtained.

Asimismo, orientar a estos futuros nuevos usuarios cuáles son las diferentes aplicaciones que podemos utilizar para la creación de contenidos como Peakd, Hiveblog, Liketud, Ecency, también los juegos como Splinterlands. También hacer como un diagnóstico para conocer las fortalezas de esta persona y de esta forma definir el nicho a la cual puede iniciar en las diferentes comunidades.

Also, guide these future new users which are the different applications that we can use for content creation such as Peakd, Hiveblog, Liketud, Ecency, also games like Splinterlands. Also to make as a diagnosis to know the strengths of this person and thus define the niche to which it can start in different communities.

Otro de los aspectos que se tiene que resaltar es que el inicio no es nada fácil y esto significa que de un día para otro, vamos a comenzar a monetizar y crecer rápidamente dentro del Blockchain, esto es un proceso donde además tienen que estar dispuesto a aprender y estudiar cada día para conocer este bello ecosistema que tiene muchas oportunidades para todos.

Another aspect that has to be highlighted is that the beginning is not easy at all and this means that from one day to another, we will begin to monetize and grow rapidly within the Blockchain, this is a process where you also have to be willing to learn and study every day to know this beautiful ecosystem that has many opportunities for everyone.

Aunado a esto, otro punto importantes que tenemos que explicar a los nuevos usuarios, es que dentro de Hive para poder crecer, es la constancia y todo aquello que desconocemos, tenemos que indagar para continuar adquiriendo esos conocimientos que nos van a permitir un mejor desenvolvimiento en el blockchain de Hive. La promoción en las redes sociales del contenido que creamos se debe colocar para darle a conocer y de esta forma vamos a poder recibir el apoyo de los diferentes curadores que hacen vida en Hive y aumentar de esta manera nuestro HP o Hive Power para tener un mayor alcance.

In addition to this, another important point that we have to explain to new users, is that within Hive to be able to grow, is the constancy and everything we do not know, we have to investigate to continue acquiring that knowledge that will allow us to better develop in the Hive blockchain. The promotion in social networks of the content we create should be placed to make it known and in this way we will be able to receive the support of the different curators that make life in Hive and thus increase our HP or Hive Power to have a greater reach.
