It is worth noting that time passes very quickly and those experiences remain in our minds and hearts. I want to tell you that I not only had one experience that I enjoyed, but several that filled me with joy and meant a change in my life.
One of those moments was when I proposed to my girlfriend. It seems like it was just yesterday, but we've been married for 17 years now. I remember that we weren't dating for very long because we met at work and had a friendship that turned into love. We got married on my birthday in December in a civil ceremony and the next day in a church ceremony. After getting married, we celebrated with our families and then went to a resort in another state to enjoy our honeymoon.
Another life-changing event when starting a family is undoubtedly having children. My daughter is now fifteen and my son is twelve; they are already grown up. I remember when my daughter was born, when I prepared her bottles, when she was learning her first words, when I played with her. It is an unforgettable experience, which is why I remember that when they were little, people told me to enjoy them because children grow up too fast, and that is how it was; they are already older.
Given how young my children still are, we continue to support them in their studies and sports so that when they become adults, they will follow the example set by their parents and be good citizens.
