Hi Katie! This post made me remember my time in Poland. I stayed in the outskirts of Wrocław for around 4-5 months in 2017-2018 and my time there was so nice. I was working for a family, and the parents of the husband lived right next door, so I would always have grandma’s dishes for lunch as well, beetroot and chicken soups, and those dumplings were served at least once or twice a month. I liked them very much, they were delicious. Maybe I will try your recipe soon, I need to google how to make the borscht.
