I really felt the urge to remain silent and read by paying attention to sounds, I don't know why. Perhaps, listening to ourselves sometimes can be a scary thing, because of the fear. We might even think that our mind is sick, but in the end that is the voice that will carry us through everything in life, success and defeat, our inner voice.
