Splinterlands: Weekly social media challenge share. Exploring Double strike

Hello splinterlands gaming fans!
This is my weekly social media challenge share and today I am going to explore Double strike ability.

No doubt these Double strike ability monsters proving best option for the players specially with Martyr ability.
Today I was checking the Monsters from various edition with double strike ability. Not in a huge amount but there are limited monsters with double strike ability.
There are just 13 Monsters with double strike from various edition. There are only three Legendary monsters Raa , The Vigilator and Carange Titan from all sprinters with Double strike ability. The good thing is that one legendary belong to Death unit and two monsters belongs to Dragon unit.
There are also Three Epic Monster Avarisdues, Grund and Axemaster with Double strike ability. It can be said that we get each three monster from common, Epic and legendary while we get four rare cards with Double strike.
Now I am going to talk briefly about these particular cards with double strike ability .

LEGENDARIES MONSTERS

RAA,a Legendary Monster

It is a 12 Mana legendary Monster from death unit. It is Riftwatcher edition Range attack monster that provides double strike ability. Although it is a Low health base monster, we get lots of abilities inside this monster. At Max level we get Double strike, Scattershot, Giantkiller, Flying and Rust ability. In case of it's health and attack then we get only 8 health at Max level with four range attack and 2 speed. It is a good option in Reverse speed battle rule set in high Mana gameplay.

CARNAGE TITAN

This is another Reward card from Chaos Legion Edition. The interesting fact is that most cards are in high Mana. It is a Reach ability 11 mana Legendary monster. This Monster is known for its pretty good armor. We get 7 armor and 8 health at max level. While we get 4 Melee Attack and 3 speed at same level. This Monster comes with 3 special abilities Double strike, Reach and Shield. Shield provides extra protection from Melee and range attack. This is a dragon unit card and becomes more dangerous with Daria Dragonscale.

THE VIGILATOR

This is a very costly 9 Monsters as we get two attacking abilities Range and Melee inside this monster. So we can say that this Monster provides four attack in a single round. If you want to own this card, then you must have to spent $99 for Max level. At max level we get 2 Range Attack, 3 Melee attack and 4 speed. Like Raa and Carnage here also we get just 8 health. There is no additional armor. We get three activities inside this monster in the form of Double strike, Thorn and Poison. It is a untamed edition legendary Monster from Dragon unit.

EPIC DOUBLE STRIKE MONSTERS
Like legendry, we get just 3 Epic card with double strike ability. The interesting fact is that all these three card we get from different units Water, Earth and Death.

AXEMASTER

Perhaps that time there was no plenty of option to choose the different name of the cars that's why it's name is Axemaster due to its Range attack. This is an epic Reward edition card in 7 mana. It seems that we are decreasing towards health. Here we get just 7 health at Max level. Yes there is pretty good 3 Range attack and 4 speed inside this monster. It is a close range attack Monsters that provides double Strike and Cripple ability at Max level.

GRUND

It is a 10 Mana Epic card from Earth unit. It is Melee attack monster without super sneak and opportunity. Yes, it can be use with Flank ability monsters. At Max level we get pretty good 13 health, double strike and Trample ability. This Epic Monster comes with 4 Melee attack and 3 speed. Mostly I use this Monster especially in super sneak and opportunity battle rule set. With Daria Dragonscale it can be a good option with additional Melee attack.

AVARISDUES

This is a origin of Rebellion Edition. It is an Epic card in 4 mana. There is only solitude card with double strike ability. In 4 mana, we get pretty good 6 health. It is a Range attack Death unit card. It is a double strike monster, so it's price is $1.4 for single card. At Max level we get 2 Range Attack and 4 speed . Till 5 level we get just single Range attack. This Monster comes with Flying, Scattershot and Double strike ability. Till now I have not purchased this Epic card neither thinking to purchase it but if you are max level user, then it could be effective in little League or in low Mana gameplay.

RARE DOUBLE STRIKE MONSTERS
From Rare unit I am continuously using three Monsters with double Strike. Although there are four double strike Rare monsters but but I am using only 3 of them.

SHILVERSHIELD ASSASSIN

It is a 7 Mana double strike Reward monster from Life unit. It is Super Sneak ability Melee monster with poison and double strike ability. This rare Monster comes with 3 Melee attack 4 speed, 2 armor and 6 health.

PELACOR ARBLEST
This is a Chaos Legion edition Rare card in 6 mana from Life unit. It is a range attack Monster that provides double strike along with flying ability.
At Max level we get three range attacks, 3 speed and only 5 health.

DHAMPIR INFILTRATOR

It is a four Mana reward card from Dragon unit. There are four abilities inside this monster including double strike, cripple, sneak and Poison. We get just four health at max level 2 Melee attack and 4 speed. So it was the information about double strike Monsters from various edition.

COMMON DOUBLE STRIKE MONSTERS
Here we get just Three Monster with double strike ability. Two reward cards and one rebellion card. One Monster is in six mana, one is two Mana and another one is 7 mana monster.
Undead Minotaur is Death unit card, Nimbledook is a Range monster from Neutral unit and Silvershield Archer is range card from Life unit.
So it was total 14 card from various edition with double Strike. I am using 9 of them and getting positive response from this double strike Monsters..
Note- Soulbound and Gladius cards are not included in this list.

BATTLE WITH DOUBLE STRIKE MONSTERS

It was a battle with going to distance, rebirth and opportunity ruleset. I wanted to utilize double strike monster that's why I chosen in such a battle rule set. This time I given preference to Drybone Raider in Rebirth rule set.
It was just six round battle despite rebirth rule set.
Most of the time the players strategy be clear in Rebirth and Opportunity rule set. Most of the players use double strike monster with the combination of Martyr ability monsters.
I too did the same thing.

Using single Martyr ability Monster between Drybone Raider and Anorchon Bolter. Bolter is a Range and magic attack Monster with Headwinds ability.
I made it more easy with the summoner Ilthan in Going to distance ruleset. Finally you will see that it was double strike monster Drybone Raider that became more dangerous with Martyr thar applied two times.
Despite Neutral Legendary summoner from opponent side, I able to won this battle by losing just 3 monsters. When I finished the battle my double strike monster Drybone Raider has increased its stats 4 Melee and 4 range attack in opportunity ruleset.
Most of the time I use this strategy and plenty of time I use Soulbound and Gladius cards with Martyr monsters. Whenever I use a double strike Monster then I try to support it by using neutral monster Venari Marksrat.
