As far as I understand it is the second variety of mustard oil which almost ready to cut within three month. In local language it is called "Peelee Sarsoo" it's oil colour little bit different like traditional mustard oil. Its seeds be yellow colour. Mostly people used it at the the substitute of refined. I am little bit surprised that it has so many benefits. Although we are using it for years yet fai to get exact imformation about it.
