The wisdom of a person concerning God is very different from the wisdom of this world. Most people have misunderstood the Bible because they don't have much knowledge and wisdom concerning God.
This cannot be acquire by man, it is God's given and and if they try, they will fail.

Wisdom is the whole, meaning the entirety.
Understanding is the gradual process of acquiring wisdom.

Baptism is the washing away of sins, and the baptism done here is with water.

It is not only water that is used to baptized, it is along with the word of God. Baptism should be done in the name of the Father, the son and the Holy Spirit and where they are present. God has a chosen place where He puts His name.
II Chronicles 7:16 KJV
The House of God is the only place where the name of the Father is. The House of God is where baptism should be held.
