For some strange reason I have been reading a lot of papers today on Darwin and altruism in animals. Those that have it, Darwin noted, were the ones that moved the species forward. Is that what we are seeing here?

The whole success of Steemit revolves now totally around interaction with other steemers and an altruistic approach to moving both the group and the individual forward.

AI is slowly replacing a large part of the work force. Mass unemployment has historically resulted in one thing. War. Endless bloody war.
I believe we are a part of the change in society that will allow robots to take on our previous labours without resorting to bloodshed to divide the spoils that remain.
Perhaps Steemit is the magnet that draws in the indigo children.
