It surprised me with how good it was...I didn't expect to like it...on the first bite, my mad genius mind said " You know what's missing?.....Eggs!"....French toast the pancakes...maybe lose the lettuce in favor of other breakfast items like sausage, haggis or black pudding and I think your on to a winning combination....further experimentation is inevitable...watch this space! :D
