I had one burger van guy that I normally go to when I am near my Fathers place of work tell me that fryer oil has went up over 300% which is pretty crazy. I guess for resteraunts and such places that fry chips and chicken that probably hits them hard. The electricity costs are as high as 500% up from last year apparently ,its pretty crazy especially after the huge lull in sales caused by the covid pandemic.
