Yeah I also think of French toast as a full meal, I eat quite alot of it.

Im happy with the way the battered version turned out,I much prefer the savoury version over the sweet ones.

Next time I make it I'm going to try adding corn-starch to the batter as this will give a much crispier coating.

Seasoning the batter with some herbs and spices should also make it much tastier.
