Greetings Travellers.

Yesterday I went for a drive into Perthshire to get some footage of some really old Scottish landmarks.

The first one I want to show you is this old Church in a village called Muthill.

Some of them kinda look like props from an old Universal or Hammer Horror movie. If I ever get around to making a short horror film I am definitely shooting some of the scenes here.

This plaque is a memorial to 2 people who were buried here in the 1300s.Although its hard to make out the lettering in the picture it says a Knight named Sir Maurice Drummond was buried here in 1362.His grave marker has been worn away over time and what is left of it is stored in the church tower. The plaque was placed here by his ancestors in 1880.

This is the first stop on our Ancient Scottish landmarks tour. Tomorrow I will upload the footage I have from Old Lawers Village on the banks of Loch Tay and the Fortingall Yew tree which is one of Europe's oldest trees being dated at over 5000 years old!

Stay tuned!
