I have completed my task in doing subtitles for my school group's project! My Pendidikan Moral (Morale subject) teacher gave us an assignment on religions that are available in Malaysia. The assignment has to be creative and to be done in a group. I and my group members agreed to delegate our task. I was assigned to do subtitles on videos that my other team members have done last week. We are scheduled to do the presentation on this coming Friday.
After a thorough discussion with my group members, we agreed to interview one student and one adult about their belief, opinion and experiences on their religion.
Luckily I have all the equipment and software to do my part. A Laptop, headphone and of course software. My dad’s Laptop was equipped with Movie Maker software so it was easy for me to do the subtitle. In fact, I enjoyed doing it. I added some harmony music and related photos to the interview sessions. I have to listen carefully to the conversation and write the subtitle in line with what is being said in the video.
I was so happy that I managed to complete it yesterday without the help of my parents. It was so easy to use the Movie Maker software. My group was happy with my work. Hopefully, my teacher will like it too during our group presentation.
