I most certainly do!! Teaching basic English to children here in Thailand has opened up my eyes to this issue. I see plenty of them that are able to communicate efficiently using their mobile phones, but when it comes to face to face interaction, they have no idea how to act or express themselves. I do my best to help them be more confident speaking out, but it's hard to watch them struggle with something I find so very natural.
