I took this photo when my friends and I were camping out in Sequoia National Park. My friend is a composer and was in the process of finishing a composition in time for a music festival later that summer. I didn't have a camera with me but my phone worked just fine. I think I managed to captured the essence of his character while he was contemplating his next passage.
