SteemPlus allows Steemians to hide resteems and minnows to chose their voting weight

Proposal

Many people have love the extension especially with the trail upvote but not all know who vote peoples contribution, because its just numbers. so i suggest we should be able to see those who voted for our contribution and be able to share love and appreciate it.
