i didnt know you were in portugal. i went there this autumn looking for land in penamacor, the area is beautiful but something didnt feel right so i came back to spain and living in an apartment. I hope you manage to get the bureaucratic side of life sorted out there. even tho portugal seemed to be much slower paced than spain the bureaucratic side doesnt seem quite as bad as it is here.
