The IBM Announcement of its relationship with Stronghold USD is a confusing to me. I'm not surprised that Big Business is experimenting with a USD pegged crypto-currency.
I just find it confusing that a crypto-currency using the non-profit Stellar Network only accepts massive volume businesses for their private beta. It could be a process they worked out to test the network, but it seems the 'little guy' is being left out of this project.
