Yeah I am also not eating a high fat soda diet haha, but he says that we are just more likely to do so. In the book he gives some good examples of why the off rhythm can trigger problems with weight. But

A little bowl of oatmeal with bananas and cherries is working wonders for my REM sleep. I will soon write up an articel about that myself. My REM percentage went from average 10-15% to 25%+ just by eating

I had problems depostiting bitcoin from my wallet. In the previous deposit column it shows up but it wasn't added to my balance. My ticket is open for +10days now, they just can't handle all this new interest.
