Selamat Malam semua, bersama ini dilaporkan hasil penyelidikan dan penangkapan pelaku Tindak Pidana PROSTITUSI ONLINE di Hotel The Pade Jl. Soekarno Hatta Kec. Darul Imarah Kab.Aceh Besar pada hari Rabu Tanggal 21 Maret 2018, sekira pukul 23.00 WIB, sesuai dengan Laporan Polisi Nomor : LP.A/......./III /2018/Sat Reskrim, Tanggal 21 Maret 2018.
□ KEJADIAN :
Telah terjadi tindak pidana Prostitusi online sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 45 ayat (1) Jo Pasal 27 ayat (1) UU RI Nomor 19 Tahun 2016 Ttg perbuatan atas UU Nomor 11 Tahun 2008 Ttg Informasi dan transaksi elektronik, sbb :
Pelapor : Septia Intan Putri, S.T.K., 24 tahun, Polri, Mapolresta Banda Aceh
Terlapor : M.Royan Sahpura, 27 tahun, Mahasiswa, Dusun XII P Garib Desa Pematang Cengal Kec.Tanjung Pura Kab.Langkat
Peristiwa : Tindak Pidana PROSTITUSI ONLINE
TKP : Di Hotel The Pade Jl. Soekarno Hatta Kec. Darul Imarah Kab.Aceh Besar.
Waktu Kejadian : hari Rabu, 21 Maret 2017 sekira pukul 23.00 WIB.
Modus Operandi : Melakukan Tindak PROSTITUSI secara ONLINE yakni menggunakan media Sosial Whatsapp.
Korban : -
Barang Bukti : 1 (Satu buah tas Jinjing yang berisi antara lain:
♢ Uang tunai sebesar Rp 4.000.000,- (empat juta rupiah);
♢ 4 (empat) Unit Handphone Merk Samsung;
♢ 1 (unit) Handphone Merk Oppo;
♢ 1 (satu) Unit sepeda motor merk Honda beat, warna hitam Nopol BL 5726 WBD.Saksi-Saksi :
♢ TC. Umam Kesuma, 33 tahun, Polri, Aspol Lamteumen Kec. Jaya Baru Kota Banda Aceh;
♢ Edi Safriadi, 31 Tahun, Polri, Aspol Lamteumen Kec. Jaya Baru Kota Banda Aceh.Perkiraan motif kejadian :
♢ Mengambil keuntungan dari setiap calon pelanggan melalui Bisnis PROSTITUSI secara ONLINE lewat media Sosial WhatsApp.
□ KRONOLOGI KEJADIAN :
♢ Pada Hari Rabu tanggal 21 Maret 2018 sekira pukul 12.00 WIB Anggota Unit PPA Sat Reskrim Polresta Banda mendapatkan informasi perihal adanya Prostitusi Online di Wilayah hukum Polresta Banda Aceh.
♢ Mendapatkan informasi tsb selanjutnya Anggota unit PPA Sat Reskrim Polresta Banda Aceh diperintahkan untuk melakukan penyelidikan perihal laporan tsb.
♢ Selanjutnya Salah seorang dari anggota Unit PPA Sat Reskrim Polresta Banda Aceh An. TC. Umam Kesuma diminta untuk mencari nomor pelaku, dan setelah mendapat nomor pelaku tsb selanjutnya dilakukan Undercover (Penyamaran) dengan cara melakukan percakapan/chatting melalui media sosial WhatsApp.
♢ Kemudian setelah melakukan percakapan/chatting melalui Media Sosial WhattsApp kemudian untuk pelaku pun menawarkan beberapa orang wanita yakni dengan cara mengirimkan beberapa foto wanita yg dimaksud, dan setelah memilih wanita yg ditawarkan tsb kemudian untuk pelaku menentukan tarif untuk 1 (satu) orang wanita di tarif sebesar Rp. 2.000.000,- (dua juta rupiah). Dan untuk saat itu dilakukan pemesanan sebanyak 2 (dua) orang wanita dengan tarif total sebesar Rp. 4.000.000,- (empat juta rupiah).
♢ Kemudian setelah disepakati akhirnya pada Hari Rabu tanggal 21 Maret 2018 sekira pukul 23.00 WIB disepakati untuk melakukan transaksi di Hotel The Pade Yg beralamat Di Jl. Soekarna-Hatta Kec. Darul Imarah Kab. Aceh Besar, kemudian pelaku pun mengantar 1 (satu) orang wanita ke tempat yg dimaksud dengan menggunakan 1 (satu) unit sepeda motor merk Honda Beat warna Hitam, kemudian dilakukan transaksi di dalam salah satu kamar hotel tsb dengan Anggota yang melakukan penyamaran memberikan sejumlah uang seperti yg telah disepakati sebelumnya, dan setelah terjadi transaksi tsb kemudian untuk pelaku pun kembali sedangkan untuk 1 (satu) org wanita tsb tetap berada didalam kamar, selanjutanya pada saat pelaku hendak kembali anggota unit PPA Sat Reskrim Polresta Banda Aceh langsung mengamankan pelaku tsb berikut BB dari tangan pelaku.
♢ Selanjutnya untuk pelaku berikut Bb dibawa ke Polresta Banda Aceh guna dilakukan proses lebih lanjut.
□ LANGKAH-LANGKAH YANG TELAH DILAKUKAN :
Melakukan pemeriksaan terhadap Saksi-saksi;
Melengkapi Mindik;
Mengamankan Pelaku berikut BB;
Melakukan pemeriksaan terhadap Pelaku;
Melaporkan kejadian tersebut kepada pimpinan.
□ HASIL PENYELIDIKAN DAN PENANGKAPAN PELAKU :
Bahwa hasil penyelidikan yang dilakukan oleh Unit PPA Sat Reskrim Polresta Banda Aceh bahwa benar setelah menindaklanjuti informasi perihal adanya Prostitusi Online di wilayah hukum Polresta Banda Aceh.
Setelah memastikan bahwa adanya Prostitusi online di wilayah hukum Polresta Banda selanjutnya salah satu anggota unit PPA Sat Reskrim Polresta Banda Aceh kemudian melakukan Undercover/Penyamaran guna mengungkap kasus tsb.
Setelah mendapat nomor HP pelaku selanjutnya terjadi komunikasi antara pelaku dengan salah satu anggota Unit PPA Sat Reskrim Polresta Banda Aceh melalui media sosial WhattsApp.
Dan setelah melakukan komunikasi tsb akhirnya disepakati perihal wanita yg dipilih berikut tarif serta tempat dan waktu transaksi.
Sekira pukul 23.00 WIB akhirnya untuk pelaku mengantar wanita tsb ke salah satu hotel yg telah ditentukan dan setelah terjadi transaksi di tempat tsb kemudian untuk pelaku pun berhasil diamankan berikut BB dari tangan pelaku dan untuk saat ini pelaku telah dibawa dan diamankan ke Polresta Banda Aceh.
□ RENCANA TINDAK LANJUT :
Melakukan Gelar Perkara guna dapat menentukan langkah-langkah selanjutnya;
Melakukan pengembangan perihal bisnis online yg digeluti oleh pelaku;
Menyelesaikan berkas perkara;
Melimpahkan Tsk dan BB ke Kejaksaan Negeri Banda Aceh.

- □ CHRONOLOGY EVENTS: *
♢ On Wednesday March 21, 2018 at approximately 12.00 WIB PPA Sat Satker Unit Police Unit Banda get information about the existence of Online Prostitution in the Legal Police of Banda Aceh.
♢ Obtain further information The members of PPA Sat Satker unit of Polresta Banda Aceh are instructed to investigate the report.
♢ Next One of the members of Unit PPA Sat Reskrim Polresta Banda Aceh An. TC. Umam Kesuma is asked to search for the perpetrator's number, and after obtaining the perpetrator's number is then done Undercover by way of conversation / chatting through WhatsApp social media.
♢ Then after a conversation / chatting through WhattsApp Social Media then for the perpetrator also offers some women that is by sending some photograph of the woman in question, and after selecting the woman who offered then to the perpetrator determine the tariff for 1 (one) woman in the tariff Rp. 2,000,000, - (two million rupiah). And for that moment made order as much as 2 (two) woman with total tariff of Rp. 4.000.000, - (four million rupiah).
♢ Then after finally agreed on Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at approximately 23:00 pm was agreed to conduct transactions at The Pade Hotel Yg Is located at Jl. Soekarna-Hatta Kec. Darul Imarah Kab. Aceh Besar, then the perpetrator also took 1 (one) woman to the place which meant by using 1 (one) motorcycle unit of Honda Beat Hitam brand, then done transaction in one of hotel room tsb with Member who do disguise give some money as previously agreed upon, and after the transaction and then for the perpetrators returned while for the 1 (one) female org they will remain in the room, selanjutanya when the perpetrators want to return members of the unit Satker Satker Crime Polresta Banda Aceh immediately secure the perpsa tsb following BB from the hands of the perpetrator.
♢ Furthermore for the following perpetrators Bb was taken to Polresta Banda Aceh for further process.

- Conduct an examination of the Witnesses;
- Completing Mindik;
- Securing the following actors BB;
- Conducting an examination of the Performer;
- Report the incident to the leadership.
- □ RESULTS AND CATEGORY RESULTS: *
- Whereas the investigation conducted by PPA Sat Satkkr Unit Polresta Banda Aceh is correct after following up the information about the existence of Online Prostitution in the jurisdiction of Polresta Banda Aceh.
- After ensuring that there is an online prostitution in the Banda Police area of Banda, one of the members of PPA Sat Satker unit of Polresta Banda Aceh then performs Undercover to reveal the case.
- After obtaining the perpetrator's mobile number then there is communication between the perpetrator and one of the members of PPA Unit Sat Reskrim Polresta Banda Aceh through WhattsApp social media.
- And after doing the communication they will finally be agreed about the chosen woman following the tariff and place and time of the transaction.
- At approximately 23:00 pm finally for the perpetrator to escort the woman to one of the hotel who has been determined and after a transaction in place then for the perpetrator was successfully secured the following BB from the hands of the perpetrator and for now the perpetrator has been taken and secured to the Police Banda Aceh.

- Conducting a Case Title to be able to determine the next steps;
- Conducting the development of online business which is involved by the perpetrator;
- Complete case file;
- Delivering Tsk and BB to the Banda Aceh State Attorney.
