Rescue dogs are the best. I have had more than a few over the years. I now have seven living in the compound with us. All have great personalities and are very affectionate with the kids. People should never have a dog if they are no going to be committed to taking care of them. Sem is a gorgeous dog and I do hope he lives past his 6 years. It is so difficult to lose one's best friend at any age.
