Quite the adventurous trip, @marriannewest! I too don't travel too far these days especially here where half the population takes precautions and the other half try to spread the virus through large gatherings. Have you tried the disposable painters' coveralls? Some come with hoods too. That is what I have resorted to wearing as they are easy to bag up and put in the trash. I do a once a month supply run and wear the full getup; coveralls, gloves, mask, and booties over the shoes. A decontamination zone is set up in the garage. Garbage bin for the suit, booties, masks, and gloves. Clothes then go directly into the washer. Then it is hit the shower. We have a separate decontamination area set up for wiping down the supplies. It seems like a lot but it is better than the alternative for someone who is at risk...
